MotivePilot

Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This policy explains how MotivePilot collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, generate marketing content, purchase a plan, or connect a third-party service.

Information we collect

We process account information such as your email address; product, brand, and campaign information you submit; generated content; saved marketing packs; subscription and usage information; and basic device, log, and performance data needed to operate and secure the service.

Connected social accounts

If you choose to connect TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, or another supported service, we may receive account identifiers, display names, authorization tokens, granted permissions, and publishing-related information made available by that service. Connecting an account is optional. We use this information only to provide the connection and actions you request.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate and save marketing content, manage plans and usage limits, connect authorized services, carry out user-selected actions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, analyze reliability, and improve MotivePilot.

AI processing and service providers

MotivePilot uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and application data, OpenAI for AI generation, Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and performance analytics, and Resend for transactional email. Connected platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by MotivePilot.

Sharing and sale of information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate MotivePilot, comply with law, protect the service, or complete an action you request. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. Account information and saved content are retained while needed to provide MotivePilot or satisfy legal and operational requirements. Social authorization credentials are protected and removed from the active connection when you disconnect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may disconnect social accounts, clear locally stored information through your browser, or request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing support@motivepilot.com. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate recordkeeping.

Children

MotivePilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MotivePilot develops. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
