MotivePilot

Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of MotivePilot. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use MotivePilot for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity; attempt to bypass usage limits or security; interfere with the service; or use another person's account or content without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in the product, brand, and campaign information you submit. You grant MotivePilot the limited permission needed to process that information and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use your materials.

AI-generated material

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing claims, intellectual-property rights, disclosures, and platform requirements before publishing or relying on generated content.

Third-party accounts and platforms

You may choose to connect supported third-party accounts. You authorize MotivePilot to access permitted account information and perform only the actions you select. Your use of TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not control their availability, approvals, or enforcement decisions.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel billing through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless required by law.

Availability and changes

MotivePilot is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the service develops, including features that depend on third-party platforms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotivePilot disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, generated output, connected platforms, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, threats to the service or its users, legal requirements, or nonpayment. You may stop using MotivePilot at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
