This Privacy Policy explains how MotivePilot collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our marketing platform, create an account, purchase a plan, generate content, or connect supported third-party services such as Facebook or Instagram.

Information we collect

We may process account information such as your email address and profile details; product, brand, audience, campaign, and other information you submit; generated marketing content; subscription and usage information; and basic technical information used to operate and secure the service.

If you choose to connect a third-party platform, we may receive account identifiers, profile or page information, permissions, access tokens, and other data the platform makes available under the permissions you approve. We use connected-platform data only to provide the requested integration features.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve MotivePilot, authenticate users, generate and save marketing materials, operate connected social features, manage subscriptions and usage limits, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

MotivePilot uses service providers that may process information on our behalf, including Supabase for account and application data, Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI-powered generation, and Vercel for hosting and performance services. When you connect Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also process information according to its own terms and privacy policies. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by MotivePilot.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate MotivePilot, with third parties at your direction, or when required by law or needed to protect the service, our users, or others.

Storage and retention

We retain account and generated-content information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. Connected-platform tokens and related connection data are retained only as needed to provide the integration and may be removed when you disconnect or request deletion.

Your choices and data deletion

You may update account information, disconnect supported third-party integrations, cancel a subscription through available billing controls, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Instructions for deletion requests are available on our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect your credentials and avoid sharing passwords, API keys, or payment information in support messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MotivePilot develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
