These Terms of Service govern your use of MotivePilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, credentials, submitted content, and activity performed through your account. You may not use MotivePilot for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or attempt to bypass service security, usage limits, or access controls.

Your content

You retain your rights in product information, brand materials, and other content you submit. You grant MotivePilot the limited rights needed to process that material and provide the service. You must have the legal right to submit and use the materials you provide.

AI-generated content

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing claims, permissions, disclosures, platform rules, intellectual-property issues, and legal requirements before publishing or relying on generated content.

Connected platforms

If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or another supported service, your use of that platform remains subject to the platform's own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations. MotivePilot does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, or actions taken by those services.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel billing through available billing controls. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We work to keep MotivePilot available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MotivePilot is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, generated content, connected platforms, or service interruptions.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; enforce these terms; address abuse or fraud; or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of eligible account data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as MotivePilot develops. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
